Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly

Lessonly is used across our entire organization. For our global company, Lessonly has been a critical tool in helping us scale and communicate information quickly and effectively. It gives our managers a first-line view into progress and learning development while providing trainers and enablement professionals an easy tool to quickly create content in a user-friendly manner.

  • Amazing customer support
  • Strong culture
  • This is a difficult one to answer, but reporting can be a challenge. We often go to customer support to get the data we need. The plus side here is that they have always been able to provide me with what I need in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Lessonly provided the Enablement Team with the ability to track NPS.
  • We can connect our onboarding ramp time to enablement.
They are world-class -- professional, timely, and truly want to help.
We are happy with Lessonly and are not entertaining other vendors at this time.
Lessonly is one of the most flexible tools on the market, good for both small and enterprise organizations.
