Great Solution for managing content
We use Highspot for managing our content, which is used by our sales team on an ongoing basis. We also use Highspot for creating pitches for prospects where we send the most updated collateral and can manage their level of engagement with the content. This allows us to understand which content works better and which doesn't.

I use Highspot as an Account Executive. The business problems we use Highspot for are to help us centralize where our most up-to-date assets are and to track engagement on the proposals/follow-ups we send to prospective clients. This has helped save me time on what materials to include with my clients and nail timing on when and what to follow up with as Highspot alerts me on where my prospects are spending the most time within my proposal decks.
- Timing / Engagement - our deal cycles involve multiple personas and cross collaboration across up to 3 divisions within companies. We don't always have direct access to the DM. Using Highspot's trackable links shows me when/if DM's have viewed my proposal, which helps me gauge how our deal ranks amongst their priorities.
- Knowing this, I'm able to tailor my follow-ups to highlight and ask questions on which slides they are spending the most time on. It also helps me nail timing as Highspot alerts me when my proposal has been viewed so I can follow up with my prospects when we're top of mind.
- Assets - before Highspot, our assets were in Google Drive, many of which we had multiple copies of. It was difficult to locate where updated assets lived. Now, we're able to have our documents in Highspot and also search via Slack. Since having our assets in Highspot, I've used more of the material our teams produce.
- Winning - I was able to close my first deal using Highspot within our 1st month of partnership. I was working with 4 POCs but had not met with the CMO. I included them in emails and received 0 responses after my first 4 emails.
- On the 5th email, I shared the Highspot trackable proposal, and the data shared showed me when and where the DM was spending their time. I followed up with a question on the slide they spent 2+ minutes on and received a follow-up question shortly after from them and was able to answer their 1 remaining concern and set us to close before the EOM! Knowing the DM was viewing my proposal gave me more confidence in the deal as I met internally with my team on why I felt confident this deal would close.

Easy to Learn, Easy to Capitalize on Customer Intelligence Platform
We use Highspot as a sales enablement one.stop.shop solution for internal readiness & training as well as customer-facing collateral/assets to drive our sales process, and ultimately impact our bottom line/target revenue goals. We are using it to share content with colleagues via Sharing capabilities and Pitching content externally with prospects and customers, gaining insights on read receipts, and targeting what's on our customers' whiteboards (their projects and pain points, etc). It's replaced the previous tech that we weren't fully leveraging or which couldn't provide us all the bells & whistles we needed (eg. Marketo Plugin, etc.).

Highspot is a must have for all sales orgs!
We use Highspot to house all our collateral and to create internal pitches for many different purposes within our business. Internally we use pitches for training, learning, and development. We have individual pitches for all of our tech stack and departments for new hire learning and development. Additionally, We have every department on Highspot for brand transparency because marketing keeps collateral up to date. The problem Highspot addresses [are] it helps everyone stay within brand guidelines and up to date with what is going on within the business. It makes it easy for anyone to find what they need and to learn. Also, it helps our sales teams provide professional follow-ups with a professional customized website for each customer. I think external pitches provide us with the greatest benefit because we can update and build pitches for follow-ups, implementations, training, and new hire packets. Internally and externally Highspot has solved so many issues, from transparency, to ramp up time, to professionalism.

Highspot Save Me a Ton of Time and is Always Up to Date!
We use Highspot daily, our marketing team updates brochures we can use from Highspot that are always current and updated. We can also add forms and documents in Highspot that we use regularly and want to add as the Highspot attachment where a receiver can see the snippet of the attachment before opening it. It looks more professional and I save a ton of time having all my documents in one place and consistently updated. I would not want to go without Highspot, it saves me a ton of time sending out multiple emails a day addressing different products and levels of interest.

Great tool for revenue teams
Currently, our revenue teams including sales, marketing, and customer success use this platform. We have a few other people/representatives from other business areas such as HR, Product, etc. who are content contributors. Highspot is used as our content repository for the go-to-market teams. Prior to this, we were storing everything in Box/Google Drive, but it was not an efficient process for sharing the latest content with sales. We had issues with sales asking marketing for more content and marketing saying we just created it. Highspot worked to solve this problem for our org.
- The search tool is fantastic, typically our sales reps just type in a word or two and it will list every relevant piece of content.
- Very easy to train users, adoption was high when we rolled this out
- We are on year 5 of renewal, and I'm amazed at how Highspot has been continuously improving and adding features for its customers
- With any CMS, it is a lot of work for the admin to ensure the content is fresh and valuable for users. I would like to see more in terms of reminders and notifications to admins to encourage them to clean up assets that are either not viewed a lot or outdated. Some automation around clean up is appreciated
- Our reps complain that when you create a pitch you cannot go back and edit it. They need to delete the pitch and start from the beginning

Highspot solved all our Marketing Content & Sales Enablement Problems!
Highspot is being used as a sales enablement tool, and it has solved many issues at our company. Our Marketers upload current Marketing materials to Highspot, and our sales team uses this content (print, downloading, pitching). Prior to Highspot, our marketing materials [were] all over the place, and sales members never knew the right place to find it. Highspot is a One-Stop shop that makes it easy for everyone to use, and all materials are very searchable and easy to find. We love it.

- Their analytics are not very user friendly, not organized strategically, and downloading reports is not ideal
- Can't see the pitch analytics when you BCC people

Highspot Saved the Day for Our Sales Org!
Clearwater Analytics uses Highspot in Sales to keep the most up-to-date sales collateral, email pitches, and onboarding/training material. We use the targeted content feature to showcase collateral in Salesforce - and organize by market vertical. Highspot tells us which pieces of content command the most engagement, who opens our email pitches, how long they view the content, and what content isn't as impactful. We also enjoy the Analytics functionality to show us what content has not been updated within a certain timeframe, who updated the content last, and any duplicate content.
Highspot was very easy to implement and customize for our organization. The UI is appealing and easy to navigate.

Highspot is the only option for housing your content
It is used across the whole organization and helps us organize department-specific content ranging from client-facing to internal training materials.
- It allows you to create smart pages to neatly present the content to look and feel like a website, rather than a G Suite folder.
- Their global search does a great job of finding content, or keywords within content.
- Their usability around access permissions and how they separate access can be improved.

Highspot is a great tool for sales and marketing
Highspot is used by the sales and marketing teams and is primarily used as a sales toolkit. We store and maintain marketing materials, competitive intelligence, and sales plays. Sales plays are a good way to keep the sales team and SRDs up to date on the campaigns we are running, including the campaign details, 'what to say,' and 'what to show.'

Great solution for keeping your date secure
We use Highspot across the entire organization. The Customer Success department leverages HighSpot to learn about new products and solutions. Within Highspot everything is organized based on departments and types of content. The search function is really helpful as I can quickly find materials for reference. Highspot is also a good source of presentation materials where we keep our default slides and designs to be used with customers.

Everybody within our Sales Org has a Highspot account (Sales, Marketing, CX, Legal). We utilize the platform in a variety of ways. The most common use is to house our Marketing documents, PowerPoint decks, key content for our sellers to utilize in their prospecting and presentations. We also utilize the platform to run our onboarding/training programs and our sales plays for our sellers. On Highspot, we also have our clients in an 'accounts' section that they can store important documents like presentations, proposals and contracts. Lastly, we recently upgraded and purchased the Highspot LMS that allows us to run new trainings and courses with our reps.
- From an admin perspective, the platform is very easy to navigate, build and launch new content and informational pages for our team.
- The search feature within the platform is very accurate and does a great job of curating the top content based off of what our reps are looking for.
- The ability for our reps to hit 'edit in word online' or 'edit in Excel online' is great because our reps don't have to download a doc, edit it and then re-upload into the system. Any changes they make are auto-saved and stored right in Highspot. They can then present straight from the platform.
- Depending on the number of 'spots' that each person has access to, it can slow down the platform. We found that issue last year and made changes/edits with the help of the Highspot support team and it's working very quickly again.
- The presentation out of Highspot could use a few upgrades to allow our reps to have notes like what PowerPoint offers.

Highspot = Sales Enablement Life Saver
Our sales org uses Highspot as a one-stop-shop of all of our' internal and external documents. It is especially helpful when I need to get an info sheet or some case study over to a customer. You can tag that document to an opportunity and track how often it is opened/read/shared. It's nice to bundle information, send it over, and then have the ability to track what is being done, if anything, with that information.

- Sometimes it is hard to tell whether a document is supposed to be internal or external facing.
- It would be nice to add a recently used doc link straight from your email, rather than having to go into Highspot.

Highspot - Yay or Nay?
Highspot is used by departments within MultiView to present sales collateral during sales presentations.
- Easy to upload and access content.
- I love that you can see when people are paying attention and when they access the presentation after the initial pitch.
- Sometimes I cannot see what slides are in my deck during a live pitch, so I'm flying blind as I'm presenting. I know my content well so I can manage it, but it makes it hard when you have to jump from slide to slide instead of just straight through the presentation.

One of the top Content Management solutions in the space
I used Highspot constantly to send high-quality collateral to prospects. It gave great feedback and analytics on how prospects were interacting with the collateral to give me an idea of which pieces were the most effective. It was also incredibly simple to use and the search feature was some of the most robust I've seen in a content tool. I wish we were still using the tool today.

Highspot is being used by our Sales and Marketing departments. We use this tool to share assets with the aforementioned teams, and to allow them to share them back with their partners or customers.
- Highspot makes it easy to share content both internally and externally.
- Highspot allows the tracking of your asset after it has been sent to your customer (pitching functionality).
- The tool is not designed for localized assets. Although we are able to host localized assets on the platform, there should be an option to switch from an English version to a localized version (e.g. French) more easily, for example with a drop-down menu.

Highspot Review
We use Highspot internally to share and delegate internal/customer-facing content. Having come from Google Drive, Highspot has changed the way we store and send out content. It's much more organized and efficient. The reporting/statistics that come with shared content, is also a plus. Especially when in sales as we are always looking to find content that warrants the most responses.

Highspot - Collaboration Made Easy!
Highspot is currently being used by our entire organization for training, workflow processes, and materials that are internal/external. It is vital to our team when sharing externally as it can provide visibility into the specific material that may be shared and/or viewed.

Internal and external document sharing tool
We use Highspot all over the company to have a place where we can find documents about our products, use cases, sales guides, client-facing documents. It gives the associated metrics like the number of times a document is used or shared. You can also see if a document has been read by a prospect.
- It is very good for sharing information with customers and track if the client has already seen it.
- It works really great for being updated with the company information and always have the latest version of any document.
- Gives insightful metrics of both your client/prospect and your team.
- When you share the same link to many persons, you can not know who opened the document.
- They could give information about our other colleagues so we have a view of how others are using the best tools.
- With the same shareable link, you can be able to track the usage of many prospects/clients.

Does what it should!
HighSpot is how we surface our internal and external documentation relating to our product. We've built sections for each department to house the information they need.
- Great visualization for your documents.
- Great customization to create spaces for your employees to find the content they need.
- Great keyword searching.
- Uploading and tagging documents are sometimes cumbersome.
- Side menus don't always show the things I want to see and don't allow for much customization.

Can't Imagine My Day-To-Day Without Highspot
Highspot is used internally to house our content marketing material, case studies, and internal documents that we use for reference. It is well organized so that different teams have their own material to look at, easily search for any documents in relation to what I need answers on, and to link and track documents that I send out internally to understand what my prospects are looking at the most.
- Highspot organizes internal content extremely well, making any company resources easy to find.
- Highspot has great analytics and insights on link tracking for the content you send out externally.
- Highspot is great for the integrations it has with SSO and gmail.
- Highspot can be a bit difficult to navigate at times due to how much material can be stored. At times it's just a bit overwhelming
- I find it a bit cumbersome to add additional content into Highspot.
- Pitching content is not as simple as it could be. Being able to add templated snippets would be useful.

Being used across the whole organization as a central hub for all content and resources. Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Pro Serve, Marketing and Product.
Highspot houses all internal and external content that is for internal knowledge and that can be shared to clients. It's also used for all new hires to access any archived and recent collateral that may be relevant across the different business functions.

Highspot is a great resource
Highspot is used in the Sales dept to organize sales materials/collateral & track the interest of leads. Other departments also use HighSpot as a place to share resources.
