The Webex boards are much more expensive and need a bunch of other Cisco products to work really well. The Cisco solution also requires significantly more administration, and the initial setup is best done by professionals with deep experience installing the solution. We also found the Lifesize Share to be more intuitive than the Cisco Webex board.

This means the solution needs to be very intuitive, well-built to stand up to abuse, and reliable without a lot of preventative maintenance.
Get more end users involved early in the evaluation and selection process as the Technology team always finds it easier to use than most of their business peers.
