Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
[It’s being used] By the organization, however, we have major issues where passwords don't work or call/video calls get dropped for no reason. The quality of video audio is very flaky. Support could not solve the issues and blamed our network, the funny part that Skype and Zoom work fine with no issues!
We are moving away.
- The icon 600 is a good unit and easy to use however the mic is not as strong as we were told.
- Video quality
- Passwords are not recognized 50% of the time. You have to disconnect and reconnect again and then the password work.
- Calls keep droping for no reason, then users fail to log back on stating the conference number does not exist or the password is wrong!
