Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing

Lifesize is the main conferencing tool we use across the company. We do video conferencing between the different regions using the Lifesize cloud. Also, each user has their own account.

Cons

  • The equipment is not good and fails all the time.
  • The Equipment and peripherals is very expensive.
  • The app keeps crashing all the time.
  • The admin portal is not easy.
  • The admin page for lifesize equipment cannot be managed centrally.
  • As every video conference tool, Lifesize helps to avoid the global gap between departments.
Lifesize is not my first choice.
  • Zoom
It doesn't. If I have to choose a new system again I would choose Zoom over Lifesize with no doubt, actually, I don't think I will never recommend lifesize. Again, I think it is super expensive in comparison to other products and doesn't offer better quality or better features that other competitors have.
Lifesize does the job, but I would not recommend it over other options in the market like Zoom. The investment for less quality service is also bigger. I'm not happy with the service provided by Lifesize over the years and this is why the company has decided to move to a different platform.
