It is used across the organization. It is used to attract talent for those who are not focusing on the more traditional job boards.
- It attracts talent from the specific industry that I am recruiting for.
- It attracts quality talent and that saves me time screening through unqualified candidates.
- It is intuitive and easy to use.
- Some of the communication tools are not as strong as other recruiting tools.
- There seems to be some lag in the reporting (some candidates reported this to me).
- It has shortened the recruiting time cycle.
- It has saved me time not screening unqualified candidates.
