We have hosted our core servers at Linode for more than 10 years. They provide rock solid services and dependable customer service. Highly recommended.
- Servers are rock solid, very rare outages, and fast solutions to problems
- Tech support was always friendly

- More options for CPU, RAM, and disk configurations
- Data centers in more locations
- Just positive impacts; we can grow our company taking advantage of a reliable and cost-effective service.
We also use Digital Ocean to host our servers, which I believe has a very comparable set of services and quality.
We appreciate the ROI of Linode's services. It allows us to scale as the company grows and still have very solid and dependable services. Also, the way they provide the services don't make me feel I'm trapped with them like I do with AWS, for example.
Our business depends heavily on servers and Linode has been reliable year after year. Outages are rare and short. Performance of servers is good.
