Overall Satisfaction with ListGrabber
We use ListGrabber to extract information from Yellow Pages in order to create mail out lists to target certain industries and customers. ListGrabber makes this work a breeze compared to manually extracting this information.
Pros
- Easy to use - Pretty user friendly.
- Compatible with Australian Yellow Pages.
- Extracts information into Excel which helps us to create mail outs.
Cons
- Drivers are updated constantly by Yellow Pages. Since we use ListGrabber only twice or thrice a year it is not really worthwhile to purchase new versions each year. The product should come with at least a couple of years of free updates.
- Product crashes from time to time when extracting a large amount of information.
- Increased efficiency - ListGrabber helps us get pages of contacts in a few hours, which would probably take days if done manually.
- Since the product extracts to Excel, it is easy to convert into mail out formats.
