Overall Satisfaction with Litmos
Litmos is used across our entire organization for new employee on-boarding. It is used continuously within out sales organization to promote ongoing learning of new processes, features, and products. We have had used both traditional trainings of slides and questions, and versions with web recordings built in and activities to complete outside of Litmos that will give answers that are asked for in Litmos.
- Litmos makes it easy for users to see which trainings they have been assigned, and when they are due. This allows them to prioritize their time to finish the courses with minimal interruption of their work day.
- Litmos capability to integrate with pre-recorded videos for each module makes for a much nicer feeling learning track than traditional routes.
- The Litmos portal is a nice place to find any trainings you are looking for.
- At times the trainings glitch out and don't recognize the user completed a section, stopping them from being able to proceed.
- Users are not able to remove courses from their home page if it is something they are not required to complete.
- Litmos could impact your ROI by enabling a more educated and productive workforce by providing a platform for learning that is less harsh than traditional training platforms.
Litmos is much better than previous internally developed learning platforms I have used at prior Fortune 500 employers. Litmos gives the capability to make learning interactive and much more fitting to our new age of technology. Prior platforms I've used felt antiquated and very much read a slide, click next, read another slide, click next, repeat... Litmos is a much needed breath of fresh air from that.
