Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos

We have created an online course about a law that my non-profit helps educate others on. We sell the course to individuals and businesses. SAP Litmos hosts that course. We are working on creating a second course. We use Litmos to track progress and as our host LMS. It helps us educate the public about this law while supporting our nonprofit.

  • Let us track progress in the course
  • The API integration with our online store does not always work.
  • It probably has more features than we need sometimes.
  • Automating online course purchases
  • Helping have course administrators who can review their staff's progress
We did research but it was before I was involved with the project.
When I had a large problem it was really hard for me to get feedback. I felt like my problem was ignored. I was not updated on the progress of my problem. I had to keep prodding and asking for follow up. My account manager didn't help much either.

We don't use its entire functionality so I can't speak to all features. I like it for teams/groups, that is helpful. We have different user types so as a business-to-business (or nonprofit-to-nonprofit) we can have groups have a super user so that is nice. Our organization may be able to use a simpler product but it works. SAP Litmos's built-in eCommerce solution is not very good. We had to use it with a third-party eCommerce solution. But for really simple sales it works okay.
