Overall Satisfaction with Little Green Light
We use it to keep track of donations and relationships between our community. Its was good way to pull reports current and from previous years.
Pros
- Manage donors
- Send out tax forms
- Effective report writing
Cons
- Adding relationships between constituents could be explained how to do this a little easier.
- The help desk could use some help. More clear explanation about how to pull specific reports.
- it has had a positive impact in the fact that i can approach donors and up the ask from the previous year.
One cause is better for an event to sell tickets and run an online auction.
