Overall Satisfaction with Little Green Light
We use Little Green Light for our CRM - we do not use it to its full capacity, and I would like to start. That is my goal for 2024. We use it for tracking our donors and donations. It offers great reporting, but we do not use it. We use it to pull tax letters and that is about it. I have been researching this year and plan to implement reporting to reengage lapsed donors.
- Ease of entering donations
- Ease of creating tax letters
- Ease of templated thank you notes
- Ability to have multiple types of thank you notes: Recurring, New Donor, In Honor Of.....
- I think the pulling lists could be easier and exporting the results
- I would love more webinars to learn extended features
- Tax letters to provide a PDF - this was in the works and hopefully is ready for this year tax season.
- Ability to attach a file to an email
- After the previous page I see we are missing several areas of opportunity with this product
- We do not use many of the features due to concern for change
- I love being able to see how many new donors we get
I was not involved in the selection process. When the decision was made, it was one of the best on the market. They had used Blackbaud in the past and were very unhappy with it. I inherited Little Green Light

Using Little Green Light
3 - It is our founder, executive director and myself that use Little Green Light. The executive director and I use it to enter donations and grants. Our founder, I am not sure if she currently uses it or just still has a login from years ago.
We have not support to help with Little Green Light or any other software we use. If we run into an issue, we google search or contact Little Green Light for assistance. I wish Little Green Light would offer more classes on using their product with a Live Q and A.
