Overall Satisfaction with LocaliQ

With print moving to the back seat and online marketing being a necessity, we've relied on LocaliQ to provide us with social media advertising, social media posting, search engine optimization, geo fencing, direct marketing and involvement in area contests for the Best Of categories.

Pros

  • Regular communication from my team on the status of projects.
  • Addressing requests in a timely manner
  • Regular meetings to review previous month's analytics and discuss any changes in order to remain relevant.

Cons

  • Recently the portal the provides us leads has been 'improved' and we now have to pay for the information we used to get without cost.
  • LocaliQ has saved me time as they have taken on the work
  • LocaliQ has allowed me to focus on the areas for which my skills are best suited, and not have to keep up with marketing trends which continually changes
  • On many of the categories that are analyzed monthly, our results seem to consistently be above category standards
Our needs have changed overtime and we've been able to scale back in areas that need less attention, and be offered new options for areas of marketing that haven't been considered before.
LocaliQ actually does a lot of the work for us, so really the need to know how to access reports and tools is limited.
LocaliQ is more economical that marketing agencies we've used in the past. Our dollar goes farther. We've also used services from phonebook providers that were getting into the online advertising field. At the time, it was just being introduced so the reps knowledge on the topic was quiet limited.

The forms of online marketing continues to grow and LocaliQ's associates have the relevant skills to keep up with this and recommend what is suited for our business. Geo fencing is another area that makes a lot of sense as people use their phones more and more for accessing the web. Through LocaliQ we can pinpoint physicial places where we can market to a group that matches our target audience.
