Overall Satisfaction with LocaliQ

We utilize LocaliQ to help us primarily with digital marketing. They've also designed our current website and are in the process of redesigning our website. They address the major issue of directing organic traffic to our website as our primary source of new business is word-of mouth, which we are trying to change.

Pros

  • Monitoring keywords/performance

Cons

  • Copy writing (for the website)
  • Website copy updates are content focused with little thought for design
  • Tangible leads can be connected to LocaliQ initiatives
  • The money we've invested has more than paid for itself in leads (with one small exception last year)
  • Significant time saved by having leads housed in the portal for reference and reporting
I know we would have the opportunity to utilize LocaliQ better with larger budgets, further expanding our reach and business growth. However, we are already maxed in the amount that we can put into digital marketing initiatives, which is why I cannot give this a rating of 10 (due to lack of experience).
You need a decent amount of knowledge ahead of time (or to be taught) in order to understand the metrics/reports/how your business is benefiting (or not) from the initiatives. Once you know these things, or at least have some knowledge, it is very user-friendly. There was a bit of a learning curve though for someone like me, whose previous experience did not include an understanding of this.
We had not used other products prior to our use of LocaliQ products.

We have worked with LocaliQ for many years and have fostered a great, long-standing relationship with them in that time. I would definitely recommend them to small to medium and larger businesses as I feel that they can really help businesses of this size with their digital marketing needs. Very small businesses may not have adequate money to put towards the campaigns, so I might be less likely to recommend to them.
