Overall Satisfaction with LocaliQ

Medical practices have very specific online marketing needs and require analytical breakdowns of who we are reaching. Many come in having negative experiences with pay per click and other campaigns. Working with LocaliQ, we have online dashboards and liaisons who help us evaluate trends, answer questions and trouble shoot on a regular basis. I usually serve as the conduit between LocaliQ and my medical clients so I can best serve their need to know without taking too much of their time. My LocaliQ contacts have been excellent -- in fact I've worked with one of them for over a decade now so I truly trust her!

There is always the challenge with practices that have multiple locations, trying to target a geographical zone that is sometimes to wide. But we have successfully navigated this issue when needed to target those who need the most added volume.
This is complex stuff that I know my liaisons are trained on. I have to then try to understand this from their perspective and simplify it for a client who doesn't have the time or interest in going in depth. Useability requires understanding and we can all use a simple as possible approach.
Many of my clients have dabbled in Google Adwords then realize they don't want to handle this themselves.

Well suited to handle clients who have trust in learning how this works. My business was opened in 2007 and since then, I've learned how to work with my liaisons to optimize client needs. In the past, the biggest challenge was to match expectations with results. We are getting better and better with that.
