Overall Satisfaction with Loom

Loom is used across our entire organization to record informational and instructional videos for both internal use and customer support. Internally Loom is used for recording product and process training. Loom videos are interspersed in training materials and make nuanced processes crystal clear. Additionally, we are able to record videos to assist our customers through tasks and solutions that would otherwise be difficult to describe over text or phone alone.

Loom is ideal for situations where a screen recording is necessary or would be extremely helpful to convey complex or nuanced information. The ability to simultaneously record webcam video is a very welcome feature. Adding accompanying webcam video can add a personal touch to screen recordings. The cloud-based storage ensures that videos can be easily disseminated to the entire organization quickly and easily.
