Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

I would say no one was there to help me use the tool at all. Our product/engineering team just added me to the account via Okta, I logged on, and I started creating right away. I would say it is def one of the easiest tools to pick up right away.
We use lucid chart to create visual work flows of how our sales process should work across every part of the team. We often sit down and re-think existing processes and the impact changes can have. Seeing is much easier then just writing down and sometimes you don't always have a white board! Also great to share over zoom w/ remote folks

So at this point I haven't used any of those tools
This process is most affected by remote workers. Before lucid chart we would just whiteboard things out but no one on the screen would know what was going on, but now they get to just see a shared screen which has def improved this issue! Now we likely can't ever go back to a white board.

One of our C Suite team members had no clue what my job was. Rather then talking at them for an hour, I just created a simple flow chart that showed how me/my team fit in to the bigger picture of the sales org. That chart then has been expanded out into a use case to help educate lots of people on what the team does!
