Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

Lucid's tutorials and recommendations are always on point.
I use Lucid for process mapping multiple processes at my job.

Pros

  • Flow templates are great and user friendly
  • All the templates in general are very user friendly

Cons

  • I honestly can't think of any.
  • I've used it to create structure for the entire company so I would say that pretty positive!
I actually didn't know this but I just implemented Salesforce so I will be integrating it. Thanks!
Overall, Lucid has everything I need for process mapping and I find it to be one of the best tools in the industry.
