Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

It was pretty easy and simple to get in and start collaborating with team mates once we had sources the platform. It was simple to add team members and get them in to the right groups to work together. The User Interface is pretty clean and straight forward as well so I don't imagine too many issues.
We use it to roadmap projects. This helps with our issues with knowing the road blocks, issues, and various action points that we need to address prior to actually getting into the project. We then use it as our source to ensure we are ontime and tracking towards completion. It is used across a team of approx 15 people.

  • Maybe the UI can be a bit cleaner

  • Created more visibility over process and decision making across the business
  • Enabled collaboration across teams to improve by at least 10%
We implement into our Slack workflows, which enables even quicker decision making or visibility when something changes in the process or workflow. We also embed it into our Google sheets and docs which again creates higher collaboration for the teams as we move through our processes and workflows. It has really improved the decision making at our business.
The collaboration improvement due to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been key to our ability to decrease the time it takes to make decisions and improve our workflows. It has also reduced the need for meetings and decreased the length of some meetings which we love. The integration with Slack has also been amazing to support the above.

I htink it is well suited to being used for project mapping and collaboration within teams and across teams to get on the same page when it comes to a project plan for future. It isn't as suited for mapping out solo tasks I think.
