Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We use Lucidchart to map out and organize our business processes. The majority of the processes that we use Lucidchart for are to map out are our integrations between various business platforms. Some examples include the integration between our purchasing platform and our ERP, as well as our Point Of Sale system with our ERP. Finance & IT are the two departments that use the software.
- It's easy to learn. I got started with no training.
- It's easy to share/collaborate on files/documents.
- They have a large variety of shapes and default templates to help you get started.
- It is extremely difficult to export the files in a way that's easy to print on standard A4/ 8.5x11 printer paper.
- The ability to visualize and explain the complexity of a process that was completely inefficient helped us save thousands of dollars by simply rebuilding the entire process from the ground up.
I did not evaluate Lucidchart against any other options. It was purchased based on recommendation and demo from a business partner.
