Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I use Lucidchart to help wireframe out processes, site structure, and responsibilities between different departments. Lucid has been a great way for us to distill complex processes into a simple to follow structure so everyone is on the same page.
  • Process Visualization
  • Collaboration and Reviews
  • Load time causes it to lag and can sometimes be difficult to use
  • Design - getting the arrows to go the right way can be frustrating sometimes
  • Customer education on how to use the software
  • Faster turnaround time on wireframes
  • Clarify and simplify roles/responsibilities with different processes
Sketch and InVision we found to be better suited for making mockups of the product and more interactive elements of the product design. Lucidchart is better for the wireframes, flow, and processes for our team. We'll build out the concept, wireframe it, and then build how it will look into InVision
Very easy to use (for the basic functions). There's a ton of different options that you can use and it takes some time to really learn it and learn all of its functionality. Education material could be improved, but the core functionality is great!
I've never had to call support while using this product

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

This is the best tool that I've used to detail complex processes to coworkers. It's fairly simple to use - especially for a simple flow chart. It can do really complex flows and be used for your engineering and dev teams, but requires a lot more training on the product than I have.
