Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I found it easy use.
I use Lucidchart in my role as a consultant to the government and it enables me to provide process mapping and other visuals to get the message across clearly. As this agency is not yet an Office 365 adopter, they do not have the tools that I am able to utilise as a consultant, and the Microsoft Visio file converter has been invaluable.

I have used Microsoft Visio previously, and it is harder to learn to use.
Mapping business processes, engineering or IT processes, change management flow, and organisation structures.

Probably not suited to large amounts of text or data.
