Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Usability is a non-issue once employees have been trained with the tool. However, as I mentioned before, there is a real barrier of entry for people who aren't very familiar with diagramming software. This makes freemium options like Canva, which is extremely user-friendly, more worth it for people who won't be needing all of Lucidchart's functionality.
We're not quite at the point of using Lucidchart across the entire company, but we're close. Most departments are well-trained in Lucidchart, with the normal exceptions of Sales and CX not using it as heavily. The main business problem that it addresses is one of visualizing workflows and user paths.
  • Workflows
  • Sharing
  • Collaboration
  • Access levels
  • Usability
  • Saved time
  • Improved communication
  • Great ROI
We integrate with many of those mentioned in this list. Integration with Slack, Salesforce, and BambooHR have been particularly useful for us, less so than GitHub and Microsoft.
Very satisfied with CX.

Lucid seemed much more powerful than the paid version of Canva.
Once you're trained in Lucidchart, it's hard to not love it. Despite a relatively high barrier of entry, most people use the tool very regularly. It just tends to save time compared to other freemium diagramming software tools. That fact alone produces plenty of internal power users of the tool.
