Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

This is very intuitive to use. When I started using Lucidchart I was able to jump right in and build what I needed. I don't think I have ever gone through their tutorial even though it is right there on every template. There are also so many templates to choose from I haven't found a scenario where there wasn't a template I could easily modify to get what I wanted.
I decided to purchase Lucidchart for the team because we have a lot of processes and flows to build out being in the startup phase of our company. I have used this to create the website architecture, marketing automaton flows, customer journeys, team org charts, and even webpage wireframes. This provides the team with a simple way to understand processes and flows which saves so much time and effort.

  • I would like to see better collaboration between other tools such as Trello and google drive.
  • We were able to speed up our time significantly when defining website architecture and marketing strategies.
I haven't used the integrations as I should so this is an area I plan to explore more and use for better collaboration. I use most of these other apps so it will be good to begin integrating these tools.
I have never had to reach out to support but they provide a good level of communication and don't overload with content.
