Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

There is room for improvement, in the grammar and spell check, language options, and overall features.
We are using Lucidchart to develop the process flowcharts for the FAA certification requirements for Aviation workshops. This is part of the Quality Management Systems requirements.

  • Easily link and formating the processes and notes
  • Copy paste across sheets
  • Color selection and creative design features
  • Grammar and spelling
  • 3D design
  • Import form MS Visio
  • Improved the speed of delivery
  • Improved the way to cross format all the flowcharts at the same time.
  • improved the way a large tam can review and improve the flowcharts in diferent locations.
We haven't used it for the daily workflows, to be honest.
We haven't use the support.

simplicity, quick and straightforward, it has all you need in 1 place.
It is well suited once a company has a need to develop quickly flowcharts that are going to be in constant improvement.

It is good to have all the different department flowcharts and be able to see where a change is affecting other procedures.
