Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

A couple of users had struggled to get it set up the first time, not a roadblock, but sharing a link should allow a user to view the doc as a guest (or something like that).
I've struggled to find a tool that replaces the old in-person whiteboard well. Lots of collaborative tools, but everything else I have tried has been clunky and non engaging. Lucidchart is the best collaborative diagraming (whiteboarding) tool that I have found. My teams use this for brainstorming and regular development ceremonies.

Slack integration was pretty slick, haven't tried the others yet.
Have not needed to use support yet, if in line with the overall product would expect them to be great.

Slack, Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft), Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Lucidchart can be used in every online meeting where users would have used a whiteboard pre COVID. Great collaboration tool, great integration with Slack, great way to prioritize virtual sticky notes with all your agile friends.
