Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The usability of Lucidchart is great! With the provided pieces of training, I created workflow charts within an hour. All of the trainings are detailed and give you tips for success so you can build out your workflow efficiently! While you don't need the training, I definitely recommend you watch at least the basic 101 video just to get a better understanding of the functionality you will have access to!
I use Lucidchart to make charts and diagrams for my team to visualize department workflows and user case scenarios. It helps in creating documents that are presentable and easily digestible. Lucidchart simplifies the task of creating charts and diagrams thereby improving time efficiency.

  • Zoom in & out feature.
  • Ctrl + Shift to click on an external link (make this easy with a toggle on and off button?).
  • Setting up your default presets.
  • Improved productivity (this system helps complete tasks faster!).
  • Easy to collaborate with teams.
  • Has improved processes and communication.
This has not been an issue integrating with any of these programs! Super happy Lucidchart provides these kinds of integrations!
I have not had to use support so far for Lucidchart since it is so easy to use!
