Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is easy to use.
It's a very helpful product. I had a couple of projects designs of words and I had convert them into flow diagrams for easy understanding. Lucidchart is the best way to convert words into diagrams for easy understanding.

Pros

  • Flow diagrams
  • Ease of use, especially drag and drop functionalities and copy/paste functionalities
  • Colors

Cons

  • Pointer/connector arrows are a bit difficult to move. You can't hold the pointy end and adjust. Being able to hold and drag the pointy end would be good.
  • Comment symbol missing
  • Improved productivity
  • Saved time for my audience
I didn't integrate it yet with any other applications. I downloaded the PDF version, after having finished the drawings.
It's a good product.
