Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I really like it. It is easy to use and share documents. My organization made the right decision in choosing the product. There’s really nothing to install - just a single sign on which gives my team direct quick access right away. One doesn’t need a “class” to figure out the basics of it.
Lucidchart is being used to show process flow and data movement through a specific system in our organization. As a web app, it has proved to be excellent in the sharing of workflow diagrams between colleagues. It behaves like other workflow diagram software, but because it is web-based, it is SO easy to access/use/share - so I prefer it.

I am new to Lucidchart so I did not know this. I think it will be useful to use it with (especially) Slack so that I can share things with the rest of our group. I will look into this interesting functionality as I learn the software in a deeper way.
Lucidchart has great online help tutorials and explanations so it is simple to just type in what I need and expect to see clear and concise information about the topic that I need help on. Some of the tutorials are theoretical (e.g. how to make a process flow diagram) so that is very useful too.

The best feature of Lucidchart vs. Microsoft Visio is that Lucidchart is a web product so I can quickly launch it from any device and I don’t need to call my IT department to have it installed. Secondly, the interface is much more intuitive than Microsoft Visio. Kudos!

Suitable for swim lane process flow diagrams. It is intuitive and quick to use. Also, the web help is great if it is difficult to figure out how to do something. For example, I didn’t see how to insert a swim lane, but then it was right there in the Lucid help pages on the web.
Unsuitable for free form “draw”- type applications.
