Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
It's mostly used by people with Architect and Solution Designing roles as it provides a much easier way of implementation and sharing options. It mostly addresses new solution designing and editing, specifically if many tools and teams are involved as it is the best place to share such solution design documents for enterprise-level designing.

- A better community that answers a lot of questions on how to effectively utilize all functions of the tool. Kind of repository of questions asked and answered.
- Sometime it hangs when multiple people are viewing and editing.
- Header and footer option can be made available, that would be awesome.
- Time saving
- Presentability improved to customer
- Easier to share without compromising security details.
It has helped me building up solutions faster and presenting them in a simpler manner to customers. ServiceNow integration would be a good feature to add. As we prominently work on ServiceNow.
