Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It was a new tool to me and I needed some time to put together the particulars I wanted to visualize.
I use this to roadmap my business' annual plan and track it from start to finish using Kanban and List views. I am easily able to see and track progress and set automations. I love using custom fields to help me categorize my initiatives. The tool is not very difficult to set up and configure and projects can easily be reproduced.

Very well, it is my tool of choice.
It is well suited for projects, planners, collaborative teams, and remote teams. It is cloud based so you can access it anywhere. I find the mobile experience to be a bit underdeveloped but works well in a pinch.
