Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The tool is very intuitive to use and even without training everyone is able to quickly start producing high quality diagrams, very easy to follow and with a professional look. All the features are easy to find, and you will not waste time searching for how to do what you need to do.
Lucidchart is used across organization to improve communication and educational support materials.
It is becoming an import tool to build meaningful diagrams to improve communication in the teaching environment.
All the templates also proved to be of great help and time-saving when we need to create a new presentation, especially for computer science related topics.

The integration with Microsoft documents is good, but there is also a point where some improvements could be done. For the ones that will need to prepare presentations that also include the diagrams, it is important that it could be easily integrated and editable from the final document as well in order to be more productive.
The only interaction so far with the support was on the moment of the creation of the account, and at the time was quite fast and smooth. No further contact was required I want to say also how easy is all the process of adopt and start using the tool, what happened right away.

Lucidchart is more intuitive and easy to use.
The set of shapes and templates available are also more tailored for my needs, and it is easy to find the resources that make more sense for each use case. Also, as a SaaS solution, it is more flexible and portable across devices, especially for the ones who need this flexibility.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Google Drive, Dropbox
Lucidchart is well-suited for creating a vast diversity of diagrams. It does very well in a variety of technical areas and in the software industry as well. The shapes provided cover the most of the regular needs and are also very comprehensive. It is easy, and one can quickly build a good looking diagram.
