Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart didn't try to reinvent the wheel when implementing their functionalities and that's a good thing, using the tool feels right at home if you come from other similar tools like Visio or Draw.io.
I use Lucidchart to make high and mid-level topology diagrams which always turns out great thanks to the extensive library that Lucidchart has, not only it is extensive but also easy to customize or add your own assets if necessary. Collaborating with others is another feature that I have found very useful and works as expected. The tool is overall very intuitive and easy to use. I only wish it had a dark mode theme as I like to work in the dark.

I have not yet had the need to integrate with other platforms, but I can see the value this level of integration can have to better document, share, and collaborate with the team.

I selected Lucidcharts due to its library, ease of use and webapp.
Lucidchart is well suited for topology diagrams, flow charts, basic electronic diagrams, org. charts and less appropriate for application mockups.
