Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

With any new software there is always a learning curve. Some of the items are not obvious to find but the Find Features tool is pretty good. I like the fact that Lucidchart is completely browser based. Its collaboration capability ensures I can work in tandem with my teammates to create dynamic process and work flows quickly and with real-time feedback from everyone.
We use Lucidchart in my department to collaborate on complex issues. The team finds the ability to instantly share ideas in a remote environment very useful. The output from Lucidchart is often used in Executive presentations to give visual clarity on product innovation, idea mapping, and solution ideation. I view Lucidchart as an essential tool in my department's toolkit.

Much more collaborative with a wider feature set.
The ability to see others user's perspectives in order to check flowchart's readability. The array of solutions provided allows us to address a full range of needs. Unlike many other substitute programs, Lucidchart is completely browser based.
