Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We are looking at the possibility of using Lucidspark for whiteboarding during meetings and planning sessions. With distributed teams in many locations, the ability to use live stickies, polls, and feedback is very useful.
  • Collate ideas and share them amongst the team.
  • Versatile.
  • Easy to get started with.
  • I found the selection of shapes a bit limiting.
  • We are still reviewing this.
It's easy to get started, I found the UI intuitive and was able to begin using tools such as the timer and polls without having to resort to documentation. There are obviously some features that are harder to get a handle on, such as how to use Frames effectively.
We make use of Jira, and the Jira integration seems interesting. The ability to create Jira items from the board and have them populate the backlog is powerful.
Still evaluating it, but I can see retros and planning sessions being obvious use cases.
