Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's fairly easy to learn. It's easier than Visio and with some features but more difficult than smart art.
It is being used for presentations and collaboration within the organization. It helps solve the issues of being able to illustrate items graphically for easy digestion. Mostly product leaders and the project management organization are using the software in updates to leadership and teams.

  • Easy to make custom charts
  • Intuitive UI
  • More off the shelf-charts
  • Ability to take charts and build them out with info easily, almost like PPT smart art
  • A way to easily browse all templates available.
  • Time savings in me putting together information.
  • Clear communication with leaders and teams.
I don't have visibility into the integration and how my organization is currently using it beyond communication.
The team seems very responsive. I am new to it.

Yes

Lucidchart is easier to navigate and complete items. While I have used Visio a lot, this seemed great with some out of the box options
It's well suited for scenarios where one needs specific information in a graphic. This allows you to customize the information and layout. This would be less appropriate for something basic that office could potentially do in my opinion.
