Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart seems to be very intuitive and easy to use. I didn't read much about the guidelines and how to use it, I preferred to dive in. I have to admit that so far it worked for me. There is still room for improvement and to make it more interactive for the user.
It's being used to create charts and diagrams by different teams. Currently, I am using it to integrate charts or diagrams to my documentations and guidelines for others to view and make it more understandable. The diagrams contribute a lot to understanding the flow and therefore very helpful for our purposes.

Pros

  • Very visual
  • Helps to organize and present a flow
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • Shapes with sections in them. I didn't find this feature when I wanted to separate the text inside a shape.
  • When I tried to use a predefined template, it was not easy to update it.
  • More shapes to choose from.
  • Improved time spent for creating diagrams
  • Considering the previous point, it contributed to productivity
  • I can see a business value of having this tool
As I mentioned before, Lucidchart currently holds a value for me, since I use it in collaboration with the mentioned leading applications. The integration is easy and saved a lot of effort and time. So, in that matter, it is definitely a positive thing and I will continue to use it.
I cannot answer this question since I haven't used support yet.

Yes

Whenever I want to create a chart or a diagram, I would try to use Lucidchart for that purpose. So far it helped me to make my docs more readable and visual for anyone to view and during presentations. Therefore, for now, it suits my needs and I will keep using it.
