Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Everyone we have deployed the application to has been able to jump in and use it with little to no training. Big win!
Our non-technical teams are able to create easily readable diagrams to convey high-level business requirements to engineering teams.

  • Easier wizard for importing data
  • More team members are able to participate in the collaboration process
  • Not enough time with tool to see negatives
Atlassian integration is key for us, and it works great to link our documentation sources.

Easier for non-technical users to diagram, review and collaborate.
It gets a little clunky with large, nested structures. Overall our teams have been able to make good use of this application. Our highly technical users prefer Visio, interoperability would be good.
