Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We use it to map out the business processes of our client business. We use it to do UX/UI wireframing and ERD modeling. I don't know about the rest of the company. At least, we use it in our project, and it's very helpful to visualize our problems and mapping out potential solutions.
