Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Easy to use and easy to narrate among the team about the thought process.
We are using Lucidchart to create architecture diagrams. It is very intuitive putting the spring cloud-based architecture into a diagram using Lucidcharts.

Pros

  • Spring boot icon could be added easily.
  • Wiring different layers such as the database layer, application layer, and user interface layer are pretty elegant and easy to communicate with the team.
  • Easy to add new elements to the architecture diagram.

Cons

  • Adding kubernetes secret key mappings along the diagram for ease of access.
  • Integration with katakoda would be good.
  • Integration with JIRA would be helpful.
  • Easy to explain to new joiners on the team
  • Centrally refer the architecture diagram
  • Centrally update the diagram collaboratively
Easy integration enabled the collaboration among teams distributed globally.
Support is really good. I get what I want whenever I contacted support
