Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Layout is easy for new users to follow. Provides the ability for multiple users to work on the same project.
We currently use the diagrams for organizational charts as well as for development.

Pros

  • Creates easy to read charts
  • Easy collaboration
  • Great library of templates

Cons

  • Importing data could be a little easier.
  • Could help manage the workflow as you're creating them.
  • Very limited free product. Does not allow you to try all the features.
  • Time saving - reduces the time from having to cut and paste in either word or excel.

I think Lucidchart is great for great organizational charts. It's very easy to read, except there is a little bit of manual work, even if you import. Our product team finds it very useful to create workflows, but managing them sometimes gets a little dicey.
