Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is one of the most seamless products that is integrated well with the G Suite applications.
Lucidchart is being used to define our process flows, based on which we define our automation and basic logic of the business scenarios. It is used across the organization. Ease of understanding the problem flow.

We have been making flowcharts for every process and structure for different business scenarios. Based on this flow, the information is easily communicated across all levels.
I received a personalized message from the account manager to check on the progress I am making and gave me an option to connect with her one-to-one, in case I was facing any problem.
