Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
It's being used within the department to promote better thinking and innovation through schematic presentations. It's an easy tool since we keep it as a live document and therefore changes can occur very quickly when needs be. Current business problems are communication deficits, need analyses and gap findings between two organizations. It supports project management goals.

I've only started using it two weeks ago, so I'm not sure what long term effect it will have. The initial effect was very well received.
