Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The overall experience has been extremely convenient and hassle-free. I will certainly recommend this software for process mapping and charting user journeys. Product managers, especially, will find very high utility for this tool. The template provides a good starting point for several use cases and the icon library is quite exhaustive for most businesses.
This is my first time using diagramming software to intuitively represent process flows for various business activities. Lucidchart is an extremely intuitive and easy-to-use software to diagram process flows & business mechanisms. I have used this software to diagram procurement mechanisms, transaction flows & user journeys involved in healthcare procurement for various hospitals. The overall experience has been extremely convenient and hassle-free. I will certainly recommend this software for process mapping and charting user journeys. Product managers, especially, will find very high utility for this tool. The template provides a good starting point for several use cases and the icon library is quite exhaustive for most businesses.

Lucidchart is a very versatile tool for process mapping. It provides several options for exporting flowcharts to editable documents. Although I have not used Lucid's integrations with applications such as Atlassian, Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, Slack, AWS, BambooHR, GitHub, and Zapier - I have greatly benefitted from the numerous export options available within the software.
Initially, when I had some questions regarding the usage and availability templates one of the customer service executives promptly reached out to me and also followed up with me to schedule a support call. The overall process of scheduling this call is super easy and web-based. One can schedule a call within 2 mins and jump onto a zoom call at the scheduled time.
