Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It has a great interface that is easy to use and understand without any training needed.
We use Lucidchart mostly for engineering and data project mapping that later on helps us develop our product.

Pros

  • Easy-to-navigate interface
  • Amazing templates and tools

Cons

  • So far, nothing really. It works like a charm!
  • It has improved performance since processes are easier to visualize and understand.
  • It has improved productivity since now it is so much easier/faster to lay down ideas, plans and project structures.
Lucidchart has helped me immensely when trying to visualize data flows and processes. This has sped up my workflow and made conveying information to other teams within the company so much easier.
It is great! All you need is right there and it is self-explanatory so the tool itself has sort of a built-in support system by how well it has been designed.
