Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Pretty easy to figure out and utilize quickly. We required little to no training.
This is being utilized by my department and a few others primarily for process mapping and diagraming. I love it because it integrates with Confluence and Jira where we house all of our SOPs.

  • Process Mapping.
  • BPMN 2.0.
  • Improved performance.
  • Time savings.
Slack, Google, and Atlassian are our most impactful and utilized integrations for now... I love its connection with Atlassian and the notifications in Slack are helpful!
Never really needed it.

Lucidchart meets the majority of needs for our organization for process mapping and diagrams. The only suggestion I have is to include more icons and functionality around BPMN 2.0 mapping.
