Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

One of the simplest tools I have used to look at and figure out how to use it in five minutes or less! Few come close.
Lucidchart is an easy-to-use, out-of-the-box ready tool for diagramming and displaying data, project plans, or other step-by-step plans. It requires zero training to use. As I plan for 2022 and beyond I use Lucidchart to map it out and provide the chart to the C level team and other key partners. Now I do not have to explain each step of the plan, it is available in a visual format that anyone can understand and follow.
  • No training needed, very intuitive to use!
  • Add complex charts to presentations or reports easily and quickly!
  • Easy to edit and update.
  • I can't think of any.
  • Quickly display data so a complex and long text explanation is not needed.
  • Allows for simple visualization of complex long term plans.
We are not using any integrations.
I have had few problems but when I have contacted Lucidchart the response and resolution time has been quick!
