Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Easy to use and anyone can come in and navigate around. It doesn't require a lot of training to use this product.
We are currently using Lucidchart to map out process workflow specifically for business processes as we have just migrated to Salesforce to run out the whole business.
  • Workflow diagrams.
  • Ability to modify and highlight areas.
  • Ease of sharing and collaboration.
  • Would be nice to have more work flow images.
  • Ability to screen capture and send to others outside of the business.
  • Improved productivity by 20%.
  • Improved comprehension of team members.
  • Allowed timely collaboration.
At this time I have not used it to integrate into Salesforce but will be looking for opportunities to do so.
I've always gotten assistance quickly when I've needed it. I have not needed it very often.

I really never used anything other than Lucidchart for workflow diagrams. Never had the need to look for something else.
Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Salesforce Community Cloud), Microsoft SharePoint
Process mapping is great using Lucidchart. I am able to visually show others how a process works and collaborate with them.
