Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is intuitive and user-friendly. It has helpful guides for information.
We use Lucidchart to create reviews current and new work flows and processes. Many departments including R & D, sales, and production utilize it to help convey ideas and pave the way for maximum efficiencies from department to department.

Lucidchart worked really well to communicate workflows and helped to give clarity to areas that needed improvement. It also worked well to establish an organizational hierarchy that anyone can follow - which in turn keeps files and assets organized and consistent within departments and outside of the company.
