Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is really easy to use. There is hardly any learning required for any new users, and the tools are all handy and well put in their respective places. Anyone can spend some time trying different tools and features of Lucidchart and start getting familiar with it. The best part is that for a basic user to learn the free version is sufficient as it contains access to all the basic features.
Lucidchart makes it very easy to make professional flow charts quickly; it has a great library of templates that always comes in handy, and it has all the tools available to make a pro flow chart. Lucidchart helps us design any production flows, wireframing, and organisational flow charts; it's easy to use, and new people adapt to it quickly; it has made the work of making flow charts very easy, and it's also really easy to collaborate with the team on the project. Lucidchart is being used by multiple departments in the organisation when it comes to making any kind of charts at all, it has that ease of use that everyone adapts to quickly.

Lucidchart works really well with other third-party applications. We have integrated it with Jira, Confluence, and Slack for instance and it really helps to keep a track of things and collaborate on existing projects across different platforms within the organisation. It also helps save a lot of time and effort sharing the project everywhere, as it is already integrated.
Lucidchart has made making any kind of workflows or flowcharts extremely easy. I see no other tool doing this the way Lucidchart is doing. The overall support for Lucidchart is really good, and the FAQ section always comes in handy whenever we are stuck somewhere. Even contacting the Lucidchart team for any support is easy.

Lucidchart when compared to the competition is way ahead of them. It has a good number of features available in the free version and the other thing is that there is none to a little learning curve required to understand the product. It is fairly easy to use when we compare it to the rest.
I used it mostly to explain the technical ideas with the team. Rather than explaining different modules using Lucidchart, I can easily make the visual and share it with the team. Also, I can get it reviewed and see the changes that other makes. This is a great feature for remote working people like me, It is a great tool to build processes and flowcharts in a professional setting. What I like the most is that connections remain connected as you reorganise a process, and you can customise the trail of those connections.
